    Ⅰ. How to confirm the order ?

    All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email of your order with the title “[Asic Premium Official]: New order #*****”.

    Your order will only be accepted by us. We will send you exactly what you ordered.We will not be obliged to supply any other products which are not included in the confirmation order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted the order. We may cancel your order in the following situations:

    1). Your payment is incomplete. And you did not complete the replenishment within 7 working days.

    2). Your purchase quantity exceeds the purchase limit.

    3). You purchased an invalid product. (E.g. payment for a mock link)

    NOTE: Please make sure we can contact you through the order information.We need to communicate with you via email or Whatsapp / Telegram about possible shipping issues.


    Ⅱ. Delivery services

    Delivery will only be arranged after the order is fully paid. Delivery services are provided by third parties such as DHL , USPS and FedEx.

    1. The date of shipment:

    The estimated delivery time will be announced on the shop details page.

    1). The shipment time is only an estimate. We will notify you of the exact delivery time by email.

    2). *Shipment Time:* Your package will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. DHL & USPS ship Monday-Friday and not on holidays. We ship FEDEX Mon-Sat. We will mail FEDEX packages the same day if you send us payment before 2pm EST.

    3). It will take you 3-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number.

    4). Tracking #: Tracking #’s are emailed to you after payment. They typically update slowly for the first 12-24 hours please do not be discouraged

    2. Logistics Services Provided by Third Parties.

    We will provide free shipment service through third party logistics services. We are not responsible for the transportation problems caused by the following situations:

    > Delivery delays due to queuing issues in the logistics warehouse.( We will publish an announcement on Email.


    Ⅲ. Shipment issues

    1. Taxes and Custom Dutie

    *For deliveries* to all country, shipping costs, import sales tax and customs duties are included in the price. There are no additional costs. We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to All countries except Palestine and North Korea.
    We handle Customs and Door to Door Opration. and Taxes and Duty Includes In Price In webiste Client Don't need to pay Any Duties Or custom charges For DDP Shipping Country.

    2. The product has been returned.

    We will re-ship your order, The following situations will cause return:

    1). The delivery address is incorrect.

    2). The local logistics company failed to contact you.


    Ⅳ. Order details

    1). It is not allowed to change the delivery address after placing the order.

    2). If you need to specify a logistics company or declare a price, please leave a note when placing an order.

    3). Products may be sent from different warehouses. If you purchase several products, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

    4). Be careful! When you place order, pls make sure all shipping information you filled in the form is correct (zip code, detailed address, telephone, email, shipping agency). your shipping information would not be verified by Company and sent to the shipping agent directly. Company will not bear any responsibilities on shipping form.


    V. Payment issues

    1. A failed order

    If your order is in “Failed” or “Underpaid” status, we will cancel and refund your payment if stock is not available. The refund process is around 10 working days.
    If still in stock, the staff will provide you with a replenishment link via email to complete the order.

    > Please note that all replenishment links will only be sent to you via admin@asicpremium.com Please don’t trust payment links from other mail boxes.

    2. Overpayment

    After the order is generated, Company does not provide refund service. Please invest cautiously.
    If you overpay, we will provide you with a refund service. Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.

    1). You must provide the following information: # order number; # payment voucher; and # reference code.The staff will confirm the refund information and wallet address with you.

    2). Please notice, we will deduct the handling fee from the refund amount. Handling fees include: transaction fees of 1% from Coinbase. DAI, USDC, and ETH on the Ethereum chain will charge an additional gas fee of $25.

    3). Refunds will be completed within 10-14 working days.

    3. Cancelled orders

    If you have completed the payment, but the order is not successfully generated.Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.
    You need to provide: Payment voucher; Coinbase reference code; Transaction link.


    Ⅵ. Warranty Term.

    The After-Sales Maintenance Service period starts from the date of delivery. The complimentary after-sales service is within 180 natural days.

    We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
